  350.                  IT IS AGREED, that ATI will supply the products noted
  351.             on the BBS Order Form, Form #BBS-102, at a special discount
  352.             price upon approval and verification by ATI, for the sole
  353.             purpose of the BBS public accessed operation and may not be
  354.             resold, under the following Terms and Conditions.

  356.                                 TERMS AND CONDITIONS
  357.  
  358.             1.   ALL warranties for this product, will be as noted in
  359.                  the product manual.
  360.  
  361.             2.   BBS agrees to use ATI products for BBS use for a period
  362.                  not less than six (6) months from receipt of product.
  363.  
  364.             3.   BBS will provide ATI with one (1) BBS account at no
  365.                  charge for a period of one (1) year.
  366.  
  367.             4.   BBS will supply ATI with compatibility information and
  368.                  will keep ATI abreast of any problems and issues.
  369.  
  370.             5.   It will be mandatory that BBS will prominently display
  371.                  the use of ATI products on the origin line of all
  372.                  messages for the duration of ATI products use, or
  373.                  unless other arrangements have been made.
  374.  
  375.             6.   BBS will permit ATI the use of BBS name and ATI will
  376.                  permit BBS the use of ATI name for any marketing
  377.                  efforts.

  379.             7.   BBS will provide to ATI, upon request, its registered
  380.                  user list from time to time to verify membership.
  381.  
  382.             8.   BBS will permit ATI the use of BBS system to
  383.                  disseminate marketing information from time to time.
